Payment Policy
Secure payment follows online enrollment.
Automated checkout
Philippine enrollments use PayMongo for PHP payment. International enrollments use PayPal for USD payment. Enrollment is marked paid only after the payment provider verifies the transaction.
Installments
Eligible PHP monthly packages may be paid in full or with a 50% initial installment. The remaining 50% is due halfway through the package. Hourly and USD plans require full payment.
Receipts and confirmation
The payment provider issues its transaction record, and the website displays confirmation after verified payment. Contact Salak promptly if payment remains pending or fails.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. If Salak cannot provide the paid service, Salak will arrange an appropriate credit, reschedule, or resolution.

Package validity and refunds
A monthly package begins on the first scheduled session and is consumable within that month, except an approved excused rollover to the immediately following month. Payments are non-refundable.
